Weight management coaching is a combination of physical exercise, nutrition and psychological coaching. The key element is also to recognize emotions related to eating and if needed, helping to manage those and addictions related to eating. Willpower is not always enough to keep weight at an ideal level. Looking at the statistics of losing weight, it can be seen that in most of the cases the amount of weight lost comes back. That is why coaching elements mentioned before are included in the coaching. The idea is also that there will be life-style changes in order to avoid the lost weight to come back.
